Redundancy is quite often another unforeseen event that could impact your income and ability to meet general commitments as well as maintain your normal lifestyle. Through a combination of Accident, Sickness & Unemployment (ASU) cover as well as long term Income Protection policies we can advise and recommend a suitable protection policy that can offer you the peace of mind of knowing that you will continue to be able to meet your financial obligations even when you are unable to work. Accident Sickness & Unemployment

Monthly benefit is usually 50% of your income
Benefit usually starts to pay out after 30 days of sickness or unemployment
For unemployment cover you will need to be employed at the time of purchasing the policy
Policy will usually pay out for up to 12 months
Longer term income protection policy options (See right) can be discussed if required

Income Protection

Designed to replace your income until retirement age if you are unable to work due to sickness or injury
Benefit can be set to pay after the sick pay from your employer ceases
Benefit is tax free
Available to both employed and self employed individuals
Does not protect you in the event of redundancy
